Lake Keesus
Lake Keesus is a 237-acre lake located in the Lake Country, Wisconsin area. This lake is perfectly situated in the northern part of Waukesha Country and is only a 20-minute drive from downtown Milwaukee. This lake is known in the area as a great fishing lake because of the variety of fish like the abundant Largemouth Bass, Panfish, Northern Pike, and Walleye and the slow no-wake policy which is in effect before 9 a.m. This allows avid fishermen to fish the lake before boats can make a wake. Lake Keesus also added a public boat launch in 1999 and many still don’t know the lake exists. This adds to the tranquility and beauty of Lake Keesus.
